Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. Workshop and course cancellation
We will gladly refund you in full for cancellations up to four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of a workshop or course (inclusive of training courses). If cancellation is made within four weeks of the commencement date of the workshop or course no refund will be given, however, a credit towards another workshop or course conducted by the Be Centre will be given. Be Centre has the right to cancel or change any workshop or course at any stage and if this occurs all applicants will have their full payment refunded.
Events
We do not normally refund tickets purchased to events if you cannot attend due to illness or other circumstances; however a tax deductible receipt will be issued for a donation instead.
