Kids Yoga

4-11 years, Tuesday 12 April 2016 – 10.00am-12.00noon

Children discover themselves through their body – becoming more alert, flexible, strong, healthy and confident. In this fun class, yoga is wrapped up in a story based on the life and play of animals, with plenty of roaring, meowing, barking and clucking! Led by experienced yoga Teacher Lesley Gray, the class will be engaging, relaxing and therapeutic.

4-7 years, Wednesday 13 April 2016 – 9.30-11.30am

8-12 years Wednesday 13 April 2016 – 12.00-2.00pm

Get creative with surprising materials and objects – a whole lot of fun! Amazing and interactive art workshops led by award-winning Sydney artist Karen Atkins.
