Connected Educators. Thriving Children. Stronger Centres

Supporting the ECEC Educators Who Support Children

Every preschool owner wants to create an environment where children feel safe, confident, connected and ready to learn. Achieving this starts with the wellbeing, confidence and emotional capacity of the educators supporting them each day.

When educators feel regulated, supported and equipped to understand children's behaviour, they are better able to respond with confidence, strengthen relationships and create learning environments where children thrive. Investing in educator wellbeing is one of the most effective ways to improve outcomes for both children and your team.

At Be Centre, we believe a simple but powerful truth: regulated adults help create regulated children.

Developed and delivered by experienced Play Therapists, this interactive professional learning workshop explores the emotional meaning behind children's behaviour through a developmental and relationship-based lens. Rather than introducing another behaviour management program, we help educators understand what behaviour is communicating, build confidence in responding to children, and strengthen their own emotional capacity.

Educators leave with practical, evidence-informed strategies they can immediately apply to create more connected classrooms, stronger relationships and emotionally responsive learning environments.

Educators will learn how to:

  • Build their capacity to stay present, connected and effective throughout the day

  • Recognise how regulation and connection support learning and wellbeing

  • Understand the emotional meaning behind children's behaviour

  • Respond with greater confidence to challenging behaviours

  • Strengthen relationships with children and families

  • Create emotionally safe learning environments

  • Reduce stress through a therapeutic, relationship-based approach

When educators feel safe, connected and supported, they are better able to provide the same experience for the children in their care. This workshop equips teams with the understanding, practical tools and confidence to create nurturing early learning environments where everyone can thrive.
