Trivia Night a great success!

27 Nov 2023

Thanks to our community for helping us sellout the night and create another successful Be Centre Charity Trivia Night at the beautiful Waterfront Café in Church Point.

The night was a wonderful success with guests entertained with a trivia work-out by our Quiz Master Lachlan and some great rocking tunes by Craig from ‘The Meldrums’.  All while enthusiastically enjoying the delicious food and drinks available.

We were grateful to our prize donators (listed below) who provided great prizes for our silent auction and raffle. A scrumptious meat tray prize starting the evening off with a game of heads and tails.

Trivia’s Autumn winning team, The Crocodiles were there to try and hold their title but new winners were announced: ‘The Really Real Housewives’ (including some husbands!) were crowned the Be Centre Spring Trivia Winners, and their name will be etched into the trophy for next year!

Importantly, a lot of fun and fundraising was had with a wonderful $5500 raised to support Be Centre kids and their families. This is the equivalent to putting two children through a free ‘Hear Me Play’ program so they can recover from trauma and heal.

A huge thank you to Marie and Anna and the fantastic Waterfront Café for hosting us, Lachlan our Quiz Master, Craig from ‘The Meldrums’ and the generous volunteers and Be Centre team for putting together another great Trivia Night: Brooke, Catalina, Linda, Edwina, and Christina, thank you!

And another grateful thank you to our prize supporters:
